Coach Leah's kindergarten and 1st grade classes are working hard today! Kindergarten played the Pirate Ship game while working on kicking with force & distance as well as passing and receiving with just their feet. 1st Grade got to participate in an obstacle course to work on spatial awareness and direction. ⭐️💙🤍

Good afternoon, Eaton families! Here is your Monday Minute for the week of September 16th.
(1) We had health screenings today for kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th. Thank you to our volunteers who helped Nurse Mark with the screenings.
(2) We are planning for a fire drill to take place towards the end of the week for our monthly fire drill.
(3) We have officially kicked off our school-wide book study while we collect donations for our one fundraiser. Students will be reading chapters 1 and 2 this week of “High Tide in Hawaii”. Check in with your child by asking about the characters and setting for the beginning of the book.
(4) Our PTO is hosting a “Teacher Tailgate Luncheon” on October 4th. We would love for parents to send in items to make this event a success. Here is a link to sign up for the potluck: https://tinyurl.com/TEACHERTG
(5) We are including the last two weeks of September menus on the website and Monday Minute email. (pictures)
